We're a cash-based practice, which means we don't bill insurance directly. This lets us keep our focus entirely on your care — not on what an insurance company will or won't approve. Many of our patients use their HSA or FSA cards, and we can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement if your plan allows it. Your initial exam is $200 and includes everything — consultation, all three neurological scans, physical assessment, postural X-rays (unless pregnant or kiddo) and your Report of Findings where we walk you through results and care recommendations. Ongoing care pricing depends on which option fits your situation best: Care Plans offer the lowest per-visit rate for patients committing to a full course of care; Visit Packages offer a mid-range rate with more flexibility; and pay-per-visit is available at our standard cash rate. Your doctors will walk you through the options that make sense for your case at your Report of Findings.
